Thank you for registering your return. To complete the process, please follow the steps below:
- Pack the item(s) in the original shipping box or any cardboard box of your choice.
- Seal the box securely.
- Acne Studios covers the return shipping costs. Please utilize the designated courier service provided by Acne Studios: Sagawa or Yamato Express for the return shipment. Ensure to select the appropriate method of payment for the shipping fees (cash on delivery). If the shipping fees have already been paid, Acne Studios will be unable to provide a refund for the shipping costs.
- Write your order number on the return label's comment section. Failure to include the order number on the shipping label may delay the return process.
- You can schedule collection with Sagawa or Yamato.
