The following payments are accepted.

Credit cards

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Union Pay and JCB. The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once you place the order. We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on the Website are processed using Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Acne Studios, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

Alipay

When selecting the Alipay option, you will be directed to the Alipay payment page, where you can either scan a given QR code or “Log In” to review the amount shown before approving such payment. Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.

PayPay

When selecting the PayPay option, you will be directed to the PayPay payment page, where you can either scan a given QR code or “Log In” to review the amount shown before approving such payment. Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website.

• Credit Card: Debited upon product shipment. Payment terms vary according to the card issuer; consult your credit card company.
• Alipay: Payment is processed and confirmed at the time of placing the order.
• PayPay: Payment is processed and confirmed at the time of placing the order.

In principle, orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.

• Returns and Exchanges:If the product has initial defects or damage incurred during delivery (attributable to our company), we accept returns or exchanges provided you contact us within one year from the date of product receipt.
• Customer-Initiated Returns: Items returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund or exchange for a different size. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted if the item, its sealing label, cellophane, or original packaging has been opened, damaged, altered, or removed (including but not limited to perfumes and underwear). We offer complimentary collection of returned items, provided the return follows the procedures outlined in the purchase terms.
