If your order was shipped in multiple packages, please register the return after receiving all the packages.
- Acne Studios will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure the selection of SF Express "Standard Express" service when sending back returned products to us. Any alternative methods of return shall not be accepted, and consumers shall bear the additional costs associated with shipping and returns.
- Please make sure to select the correct method of paying for the shipping fees. If the shipping fees have already been paid, Acne Studios will not be able to provide a refund for the shipping costs.
