Dear Client,

Thank you for registering a return. To complete it, please follow the below steps:

  • Pack the items in the original shipping box, or any solid carton box.
  • Seal the box securely.
  • Attach the pre-paid shipping label enclosed in your package on the box, over the prior delivery information.
  • Leave your parcel at your nearest PostNord service point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order. If your order was delivered by Airmee, you can also book your return through the Airmee app.

Once you receive an email confirming your return is complete, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to process.

If you did not receive a shipping label with your package, please contact clientservices@acnestudios.com and we will send you a new one. Take note of your return tracking number to monitor updates on your return shipping progress.

A reminder that personalised items and products that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
