Thank you for registering a return. To complete it, please follow the below steps:
- Pack the items in the original shipping box, or any solid carton box.
- Seal the box securely.
- Attach the pre-paid shipping label enclosed in your package on the box, over the prior delivery information.
- Contact UPS to arrange a free collection (www.ups.com) or drop the package off at a UPS access point near you.
Once you receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to process.
If you did not receive a shipping label with your package, please contact clientservices@acnestudios.com and we will send you a new one. Take note of your return tracking number to monitor updates on your return shipping progress.
A reminder that personalised items and products that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
