Thank you for registering a return. To complete it, please follow the below steps:

  • Pack the items in the original shipping box, or any solid carton box.
  • Seal the box securely.
  • For Postnord deliveries, click on the bottom below and you will be redirected to the Postnord portal. Enter the required information to generate a QR code.
  • Simply present this QR code at your nearest Postnord access point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order.
  • For Airmee deliveries, book a return through the Airmee app, and follow the instructions.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to process.
