Complimentary home deliveries on all orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

With PostNord Home Delivery your order will be delivered directly to the shipping address. You will be notified the same day as the shipping will take place. The delivery normally takes place before 4pm or between 5pm-9pm. Orders placed with PostNord Home Delivery as shipping method will require a signature upon delivery.

Once you have received the notification email, you will have 14 days to collect your order The 14 day period begins on, and includes, the day you receive the notification email. If your order is not collected within 14 days, Acne Studios will process a return on your behalf and your original method of payment will be refunded.

When you come to the store to collect your order, please bring:

• The original method of payment or PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Apple Pay confirmation
• Your government-issued photo identification
• The order confirmation email

If you would like a representative to collect your order on your behalf, please ensure that they bring:

• The original method of payment or PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Apple Pay
• Their own government issued photo identification
• A copy of your government-issued photo identification
• The order confirmation email

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

For security purposes, Acne Studios reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Acne Studios insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Acne Studios.
