• Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box and tape box securely shut.
• Please only use one box for all items you may need to return/exchange from your order.
• Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery label.
• Drop the package off at a UPS location near you. Alternately, visit www.ups.com to find your local UPS support phone number, and call to arrange a free collection.
• Reminder that your return must be requested and postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was delivered or collected in store.
• Once we have received the return, please allow 3-5 business days processing time.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is complete.
