Traceable supply chains

  • Target: 100% traceable supply chains down to raw materials by FY26/27
  • Progress: We achieved 100% tier 1, 99% tier 2, 38% tier 3 and 18% tier 4 traceability, and launched Digital Product Passports in FY 24/25

We are collaborating closely with our material suppliers to trace all their tier 2 locations for every step involved in the production and finishing of our materials. We achieved this for 99% of our materials. In addition, we have verified country-of-origin traceability for 74% of tier 4 raw materials, with farm-level traceability for 18%. Now, we are working hard to further close the gaps towards the goal of having a fully traceable supply chain by FY 26/27. Our product suppliers are listed in Open Supply Hub as part of an overview of factories that Fair Wear member brands source from.

Digital Product Passports

In 2025 we launched our first Digital Product Passport (DPP), available on all products from the FW25 collection onward. Each product includes a QR code that links to a dedicated landing page, accessible in five languages, where customers can learn more about how and where the product is made. Through the DPP, we share information on the countries in which key tier 1 and tier 2 production steps take place, alongside details on preferred materials, relevant certifications, and product care. The DPP also reflects our commitments as a Fair Wear and B Corp certified company. By making this information available at product level, we aim to support informed choices and encourage a deeper understanding of our supply chain and its impacts.
