Thank you for registering a return. To complete it, please follow the below steps:

• Pack the items in the original shipping box, or any solid carton box.
• Seal the box securely.
• For Postnord deliveries, click on the bottom below and you will be redirected to the Postnord portal. Enter the required information to generate a barcode.
• Simply present this barcode at your nearest Postnord access point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to process.
